While Starfire soon tries to guilt Blackfire for her actions, the latter reminds the former that she was sent to Earth to kill Raven. She claims being a prisoner on Earth is a dishonor. The two have a tense reunion, and Blackfire asks her sister to kill her. Starfire then goes to talk to Blackfire inside her cell. This then confirms Starfire's visions are the result of Blackfire trying to communicate with her. While some of Blackfire's psychic abilities still remain, he's otherwise totally shut down her other powers. The researcher explains that he's part of a government orgnaization dedicated to dealing with extraterrestrial threats. When she sees her own reflection she screams. Inside the tank, Starfire sees her vision more clearly than ever before: She's Blackfire, strapped to a hospital gurney. Gar then leads Starfire to a purportedly indestructible deprivation tank used by Batman for meditation. After probing the specifics of her visions, he draws parallels to the experience of Rachel Roth/Raven, explaining that embracing what she was seeing helped her to figure out what was really going on. Instead, she goes and apologizes to Gar about what just happened. In response to her confrontation with Gar, Starfire calls therapist Justin Cole to talk about what happened, though their conversation doesn't amount to much. Afterwards, though, he runs away, understandably afraid of his ally. However, he's able to snap her out of her trance. While Gar is making pizza in the kitchen at Wayne Manor, she walks in and nearly takes him out with her fiery blasts. In "Blackfire," she has her worst episode yet. Over the course of Titans Season 3, Koriand'r has had a number of mysterious visions that cause her to seemingly go berserk.
